Lake Norman Miniature Golf
We are the Zent family, Kip, Kari, Anthony & Sophia. Lake Norman Miniature Golf was born when we realized that there was a lack of outdoor fun family activities in the area. We continually looked for fun activities that we could do with our kids outside. Moving here from Wisconsin we wanted to be outside as much as possible. We have always enjoyed mini golf and realized that there was a big gap in the Lake Norman area, in order to play some real mini golf you had to travel to the beach, 4 hours away.
As we searched for the perfect location to build our mini golf course, we came across the property that we occupy today. The potentials were endless and the “MINI GOLF” course was born. We are starting with one 18 hole mini golf course and hope to add another 18 hole mini golf course in the future, along with some other fun activities.
With such a large undertaking it is often thought that we are a Big Corporation or part of a chain business. While we are flattered that we are thought of as being such a large company, the truth is we are a local family running a local business.
